What technologies are used on our websites and in mobile applications?
Our websites and mobile applications use cookies or other technologies and tools such as pixels, SDKs, local storage files, tags, digital fingerprinting (collectively referred to as "cookies") when you use them.
What are cookies?
Cookies should be understood as IT data stored on users' end devices (such as a computer, phone, or tablet), transmitted by websites and mobile applications. These files allow recognizing the user's device and displaying the website correctly, including adjusting the website to the user's individual preferences. They also enable displaying the website in the user's "remembered" language by these files, as well as allowing the use of other website settings selected by the user. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they come from, the time of storage on the end device, and a unique identifier. Depending on the website or device you use, the type and number of cookies processed may vary. To display ads, conduct analytical activities, and facilitate the use of our functionalities, in services where cookies may not work (e.g., in mobile device applications), we may use technologies that operate similarly to cookies.
For what purposes do we use cookies?
Ensuring security and preventing abuse (including preventing access by unauthorized persons);
Adjusting the content of websites to user preferences and end devices, and optimizing the use of websites;
Preventing certain actions on our websites by web robots;
Facilitating logging into user accounts, including via social media, and enabling navigation between subpages on websites without having to log in again on each subpage;
Creating anonymous, aggregated statistics that help understand how users use websites, allowing us to improve their structure and content;
Enabling the improvement of website performance, including testing their efficiency;
Identifying which ads the user has viewed, as well as displaying ads on our and external websites, including those most relevant to the user's activity.
How long are cookies stored on your end device?
The storage period of cookies on your end device depends on whether the cookies are "persistent" or "session."
Persistent cookies: These are not deleted after closing the browser and remain on your device for a specified time or indefinitely, depending on the website settings.
Session cookies: These are placed for the duration of the browser session and are deleted after closing the browser.
Deleting cookies
By default, the web browser allows cookies to be placed on the end device. You can change these settings to block the automatic handling of cookies in your web browser settings or to inform you each time they are sent to your device.
